Visitors have the opportunity to purchase sustainably sourced products, attend horticultural workshops, and dine in the restaurant where ingredients are seasonal and often raised/grown on-site in the market garden and surrounding land. We also source the best of British fish, with deliveries throughout the week from day-boats landing at Looe harbour and from Hampshire's chalk streams.We are sorry but we cannot accommodate dogs in our restaurant area over lunch or dinner services.

Cooking over a central grill makes for great theatrical cooking from our open-plan kitchen, overseen by Head Chef Nick Galer. Whilst a subtle Basque feel will permeate throughout, its roots are firmly founded on those of a classic English pub – so while featuring top end Basque dishes fit for a destination dinner, it also offers simple pub snacks for a light lunch… while the food may be inspired by the Basque country, the ingredients are local… and while the wines may be sourced from Iberia, the beer is very much English.The crowning glory is the sensational open kitchen, with a huge, CHARCOAL FIRED parilla grill and a BRICK OVEN as its centrepiece and all in front of the guests – very visual and very theatrical.
