    ANOTHER GREAT MEAL AT FIREBIRDS IN COLLEGEVILLE!! WE LOVE THIS RESTAURANT AND ITS STAFF! WE GIVE IT FIVE STARS CONSISTENTLY! EVERY MEAL COOKED TO PERFECTION! WE ESPECIALLY LOVE THE WOOD GRILLED SALMON WITH ITS SMOKY FLAVOR AND ITS PAIRING OF FRESH VEGETABLES! ITS TRULY A CULINARY DELIGHT!     The brunch was delicious! I had avocado toast and my friends had eggs Benedict. Both were scrumptious and the side potatoes were cooked to perfection. They have a great selection of wines and drinks. Can’t wait to go back in the spring to sit outside.
