Best Cozy Restaurants in Copper

Always a “must visit” for our Breckenridge trip. We dine here several times a year, enjoying both lunch & dinner. The staff are engaged and very pleasant. Service is excellent. Drinks are outstanding, and food ranges from very good to excellent. We had Sunday brunch for 10 today, including 4 small children, & the experience could not have been better. In spite of a busy holiday weekend and full restaurant, we were seated promptly and never rushed. Our server Zach was nothing short of outstanding! Blue River is a consistent great experience and great value. Highly recommend!

Excellent fois Gras and short ribs! All of our dishes were excellent. We will be back!

Would have been a higher score if we had been seated on a different table, which when we were seated I was unaware we were underneath a high bar where people were then placed after us, otherwise it would have been all 4 stars except service, which our server definitely deserved 5 stars. Sorry for dropping stars, it was based on our experience that evening, however we all love Silverheels and will definitely return a few times during our trip 😋

Yummy! Food was creative and delicious and plentiful! Such a fun atmosphere with friendly waitstaff and beautifully designed surroundings. We will return for sure!
