Connue de toutes les générations pour son hospitalité, la tenancière Elouise Adams Jones, alias Ouisie, vous propose un choix éclectique de plats du Sud, qui se marrieront parfaitement avec une excellente carte des vins. La hauteur de plafond et les ventilateurs de la salle principale, rappellent l'ambiance d'un manoir Texan. Le terrasse couverte, où l'on peut manger, donne sur le patio et le jardin, autant que le "Cooper's Wine Bin", qui vous offre un espace supplémentaire pour vous souper et vous divertir. Le menu du jour propose des spécialités comme le très apprécié fromage au piment , les crevettes et gruau, les populaires huîtres de la côte du Golfe populaires et bien sûr, le menu spécial du mardi: le poulet frit de Ouisie, connu pour ses différentes récompenses, accompagné de son pudding de maïs. Une délicieuse assiette de filet de boeuf de première qualité ou un duo de cailles farcies au crabe et dorées au Cognac sont de bons exemples des plats du jour que l'on peut trouver chaque jour au tableau. Dîner et souper tous les jours, brunch le week-end.
