- RRene1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoLoved our 2nd year anniversary here. Took my girlfriend out for Valentine’s Day , first time at the restaurant not knowing what to expect. Was greeted warmly and walked to our seats within 3 minutes of arrival. I asked the front desk if they could do a cute decoration on our desert for our anniversary and they did! Expect to spend around 300-400$ if attending for valentines. Have never spent this much on food but it was definitely worth the experience! (Loved the oysters wish there would’ve been 3/4 instead of just2)More infoProvisional Restaurant at Pendry San DiegoPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Gaslamp•4.6

It was amazing and I appreciate the fast, adequate service that they provided. Quick tip: Always make a reservation as you may never know the volume and crowd in the restaurant, it’ll help you out a ton! Different types of food with a beautiful vibe. They definitely treated us well and we would definitely go back again!More infoFogo de Chao - San DiegoPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Downtown / Gaslamp•4
- JJeffSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoI took my wife for Valentines dinner to Saint James, and it was our first time at the restaurant. It is located in a historic building that we learned was built in 1912 and was at the time the tallest building in San Diego. The service was excellent, the servers and bussers were very attentive, friendly, and always checking to ensure we had what we needed. The food was delicious and very flavorful. I would recommend Saint James French Diner to anyone it was a really great experience!More infoSaint James French DinerPrice: Expensive• French / American• Downtown / Gaslamp•4.6

- JJennSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 5 days ago⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had dinner at Year of the Fortune, and it was exactly what I was hoping for—great food, good drinks, and a fun vibe. We started with the Crispy Shrimp Bao, which had the perfect crunch and a super flavorful filling. I had the Silk Road—smooth, citrusy, and refreshing—while my friend went for the Breath of the Dragon Margarita, which had just the right amount of heat. For my main, I got the Sweet & Sour Wings—crispy, tangy, and perfectly sauced. My friend had the Orange Chicken, which was crispy, lightly sweet, and super satisfying. We ended with Mochi, which was soft, fresh, and the perfect light dessert. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.More infoYear of the FortunePrice: Moderate• Chinese• Downtown / Gaslamp•4
