Best Cozy Restaurants in East Windsor

Zinna’s Bistro is our number one choice for a gourmet meal. Connor provided outstanding service and the new menu is excellent. We had a party of 8 and every selection was prepared exceptionally. My favorite appetizer is the long stem artichokes. The short ribs were fantastic. Scallops done perfect. Our party also had the grouper, and lobster bisque among other dishes. The entire meal was outstanding!!

The experience did not start off that great, it seemed like the four people at front desk did not know what they were doing. People who came later and had time booked for later got seated before us, I had to intervene when we were again being ignored to have someone else seated. That said, overall experience except for the initial hitch was good. Food tastes good, drinks were good and ambience is great as well.

Have been to Mistral many times and it’s always A+ across the board. Valentine’s Day was no exception: absolutely perfect. Price fix meal, 3 courses. I had potato leek, onion, sourdough crouton dill soup, crab agnolotti, chocolate bundini. Husband had kale salad, lamb shank, key lime pie. Everthing was great as were our cocktails. The bundini with thyme (who would come up with that?) was delicious and worth every carb. Thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful celebration dinner!

This was second visit in the week. First visit, Outstanding and delicious food. Second visit, I think the tuna was frozen. The caprese salad lacked that thick balsamic dressing i had the first time.

We are new to the area, moved in late October. This was our first time here. The food and service were excellent. We will definitely be going back.
