Best Cozy Restaurants in Greenwood

Had never been to Oakmont before. We had just seen a show, it was late and we found Oakmont on the app. Not very many options at 9:45 on a Sunday night. The menu looked promising. The drinks were fun and delicious. They had several Christmas cocktails available. The cauliflower puree was very good. The French fries were cooked perfectly. Everyone at the table was eating the French fries from the plate of the person that ordered them. They were ordered without the truffle sauce. The salmon entree was delicious and cooked well. All of us were pleased and satisfied with our entrees. From the yummy pickle slices served with the chicken sandwich,the tajin on the chicken quesadilia, or the "something spicy" in the budda bowl, it all worked and made us very hungry eaters happy and satisfied.

Each year our son picks the restaurant for his birthday dinner and this year it was Commission Row. Typically, Tony’s is his favorite however Commission Row’s atmosphere, food and service exceeded expectations. Joachim, our server, started the night with impeccable service, personable, informative and attentive. With seven in our party, a majority of the menu items were selected and enjoyed. All the selections were plentiful and flavorful. Highlights included the wedge salad (one of the best we’ve eaten), filets cooked perfectly, crab cakes loaded with crab, creamy lobster bisque, tender scallops and crispy salmon with a tender inside. Side dishes were served family style with enough left to take home. Dessert highlights included 10-layer chocolate cake, crème brûlée, and gelato trio. We will definitely return and request Joachim for each of our visits. Thank you, Joachim for making our dining experience special.

The food was very good & "clean" tasting. Authentic Italian. From the greens to the lasagna bolognese and the tiramisu cheesecake, everything was splendid! Despite the location being in downtown Indy, there was ample free parking available. Parking is always a concern & determining factor I consider when deciding if I want to dine downtown. The ambiance and decor were beautiful. My co-worker & I had chosen Iozzo to celebrate his achievement of being accepted into law school.🥂🍾 Everything about Iozzo made our evening enjoyable! This was our first experience at Iozzo, but it will not be our last.💙

Burim was our server and was outstanding! We had never been to The Eagles Nest, and my husband had wanted to go for years. I booked a reservation as a surprise Christmas dinner for us. It was a wonderful experience and date night away from routine and kids for a few hours. It was such a special evening. Also, it was really neat to be seated by the window- starting with one view and finishing with another. Slowly turning to view the city below us was so peaceful and magical. The cost was affordable for such an event. We plan to return not just alone, but with our children in the future so they can have the same wonderful experience above our very busy city that my husband and I had. I have nothing negative to say. If you are looking to try a new restaurant I recommend The Eagles Nest. Maybe you’ll even get Burim as your server. ;)

We had a wonderful dinner experience at Our Table. The food was delicious and customer service was superb. We celebrated my son’s birthday which they acknowledged and made him feel very special with a personalized card and macarons. We were so excited that we were able to make last minute reservations tonight. We will definitely be back! Thank you Our Table!
