L'Austin's propose une cuisine à l'ancienne depuis 1994, élaborée à partir d'ingrédients de première fraîcheur livrés à l'établissement chaque jour de la semaine. Le restaurant concocte tous les plats de A à Z sur place tous les jours. Les grillades sont préparées traditionnellement sur bois dur, comme il se doit, et non au gaz. Cette méthode n'est peut-être pas la plus rapide ou la moins coûteuse, mais bien la seule envisageable pour l'Austin's. Désireux de rendre chacun de vos repas mémorable et délicieux, le restaurant prépare chaque plat sur commande, en fumant les côtes et la poitrine, en levant des filets de poisson frais, en découpant les steaks à la main, en élaborant des soupes maison tous les jours et en proposant des pains et des desserts fraîchement préparés.
