Nice Italian restaurant, no tasting wine which wasn’t ideal for us, otherwise a good experience!

Outstanding! Perfect spot for a night out with friends. Food, service and live piano music were phenomenal. We had the tuna tostada and squash salad to start - both "must-haves." Delightful menu with lots of variety but I was in the mood for a gourmet burger and truffle fries. It hit the spot. For dessert, we shared the dark chocolate panna cotta which we all enjoyed. What a night!

Wonderful experience with Ridley as our server. We did the 10 course tasting menu and it exceeded my expectations. Presentation of all plates were gorgeous and well constructed with so many wonderful flavour and texture profiles. I will definitely be returning!

For my 35th, my wife and I decided to celebrate at The Carbon Bar. Having heard a lot about their smoked meats, we opted for 'The Experience' and the seafood appetizer course. Let me tell you, it was a culinary adventure. The seafood was a fantastic opening act. Fresh, bright flavors, beautifully presented – a real testament to the kitchen's attention to detail. Then came 'The Experience'. The array of smoked meats… it was a feast. Tender, juicy, with that perfect smoky depth. You could tell they really knew their craft. I’ve studied business in the US, but I’ve always appreciated good food, and this was top-tier. Honestly, the portions were incredibly generous. We're not small eaters, but we had to admit defeat. We took home a significant amount of leftovers, which, I must say, were just as delicious the next day. It felt like an extended birthday celebration! The atmosphere at The Carbon Bar was lively, but not overwhelming. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had a great experience without being intrusive. Living in Toronto since 2012, I've come to appreciate good service, and they delivered. It was a memorable birthday dinner. The combination of excellent food, a vibrant atmosphere, and attentive service made for a truly enjoyable evening. If you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion, or just want to indulge in some fantastic smoked meats, I highly recommend The Carbon Bar. Just be prepared to leave with a doggy bag!

It's my third time at Piano Piano. It never disappoints: from the food, service to ambiance and atmosphere - all is fantastic. Shout out to Jackson who was very attentive!
