Le restaurant est directement sur la plage et entouré d'un mur de verre. Il permet de voir les vagues s'effondrer sur la plage à quelques pieds, tout en restant bien au sec. Le Pier House dispose de deux espaces bar où plusieurs spectacles sont organisés.
