Avec eux, il y a de quoi être passionné : la fraîcheur, la saveur, la variété et la découverte. Pour créer l'expérience ultime de dégustation de fruits de mer, ils ont parcouru bien des chemins, petits et grands. Ils se sont arrêtés pour s'asseoir, ils ont mis leurs bavoirs et ont plongé dans les saveurs des fruits de mer : les plats sans nom aux saveurs inoubliables, les montagnes d'huîtres et de palourdes fraîchement pêchées, les spécialités décrites à la main sur de vieilles ardoises et le bouillon savoureux de toutes les combinaisons d'épices imaginables. Le plaisir de préparer et de partager les fruits de mer était simple et authentique et cela a fait ressortir le meilleur de chacun d'entre eux. Souvent, ils se sont sentis comme s'ils avaient été accueillis chez quelqu'un. Voilà ce qu'est l'esprit du King's Fish House. Les propriétaires ont essayé de rassembler toutes leurs idées dans un seul endroit, spectaculaire, rempli de camaraderie et de célébration et des choses qu'ils aiment le mieux.
