Best Cozy Restaurants in Savage Mill

First time here. Ordered the chicken pot pie. It looked exactly as the photo on the website (sometimes the food doesn't come close to the pictures on the website). It tasted very good and the crust was just right. My friends had the ahi tuna salad which they loved. One also had the key lime pie which they also loved. They ate every morsel. And French press coffee right at the table. The food was reasonably priced and the menu was not overwhelming with too much choice. I rated my food a 4 out of 5. I reserve a 5 for food that blows me away. I.e. while chicken pot pie is not usually the kind of food that would blow you away, was it the best chicken pot pie I had ever had? No, but it is second best. It was meaty, the crust was perfect. What set this restaurant apart is the service. It was excellent from beginning (with the hostess) to the end (with our waiter). I was the first to arrive of my party and they seated me right away where I wanted to sit and started taking my order. I decided to order an appetizer such that when my friends arrived, there would be something for them to eat when they arrived. No problem. None of this we can't seat you until your entire party arrives. We never wanted for anything. There was live jazz music and a fireplace (which we were lucky enough to be seated close to) which made for a wonderful ambiance. All in all, a great place to eat. I would return.

Went there for a birthday dinner. It was unbelievably spectacular from the time we walked in the door until the door closed behind us after a wonderful dining experience. The Chef’s Table is Highly Recommended (if available).

The staff was friendly, the good was really good, they have a large collection of wine and it’s a romantic setting. We will be back!!

First time here with a few coworkers from out of town and the food was AMAZING!!! Service was a little slow as it appeared there was only 1 waiter and he was taking orders and making drinks for the entire restaurant but it allowed us to have great conversation. Ambiance, music, food, decor, everything was very good. Our waiter was great as well, he just needed some help. Would definitely go back.

I have been a loyal Ruth’s Chris customer for over 10 years in the “DMV” I work near the White House & often visit the DC location-food is always good. But let me tell yall, Scott at the Odenton, MD location is absolutely the BEST service I’ve ever had! He is a consummate professional, knowledgeable & patient. The manager, Monica…is on top of things & a joy to speak with. Absolutely outstanding dinner tonight!
