Luis, the head chef, can cook like nobodies business. His flavors are outstanding. If you have never been to Bar Dojo make reservations and enjoy the meal and service. - JJerimiahDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoFrom start to finish, our anniversary dinner at Cedar + Elm was nothing short of extraordinary. Opting for the chef’s tasting menu, we were treated to a stunning progression of courses that showcased impeccable technique, creativity, and the finest ingredients. Each dish was perfectly balanced in flavor and beautifully presented. The wine pairings were equally impressive, thoughtfully curated to enhance every dish and elevate the entire dining experience. Our favorites included the starter crab bites, the sliced steak course, and the dessert to finish. What truly set the night apart, however, was the outstanding service. Our dining staff went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary was celebrated in the most memorable way. From personalized touches to warm and attentive hospitality, we felt genuinely cared for throughout the evening. The attention to detail and passion from the staff were evident in every aspect of the experience. Chef Luke took the time to show us the kitchen hearth and explain how he came to be here at Cedar + Elm. If you’re looking for an exceptional culinary journey, Cedar + Elm delivers on every level. We left feeling not only satisfied but truly inspired by the level of care and craftsmanship that went into every course. We can’t wait to return for another dinner service!More infoCedar + ElmPrice: Expensive• American• Kirkland•4.6
- KKenSeattle / Eastern Washington •4 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 20, 2025Very expansive menu. Had two my go to's: Cioppino and Paella. Settled on the Paella and ordered a large portion. While not quite traditional Paella (the menu says "our take") it was quite good and full of meat and seafood. I took almost half of it home. I may have to force myself to try something different on our next visit. My wife ordered the pork medallions Marsala and she was very pleased with that choice. Her leftovers went home to our daughter, who had them for dinner after work and was also impressed. We went on a Wednesday night, so there was not a large crowd and the noise level was low. The outdoor seating would be very enjoyable on a summer night. BTW - we went there to celebrate our 47th Valentine's Day together and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.More infoGirardi's OsteriaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Edmonds•4.5
