Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Très petites quantités pour un prix beaucoup trop élevé. Les plats sont cependant bons. Le lieu est magnifique mais trop de monde présent simplement pour se prendre en photos.

Bon moment passé dans ce cadre merveilleux plein de féerie. Pour autant l’affluence des lieux occasionne un brouhaha permanent qui, à la longue, peut être dérangeant voir fatiguant. Le service est rapide et les plats et boissons sont originaux et très «instagrammables ». La qualité des produits utilisés est dans une fourchette haute. A recommander sans modération.
