Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

La Cave n'est pas un bar à vins. Le propriétaire Michael Morton, du célèbre restaurant familial Morton, préfère ne pas décrire son concept unique La Cave en ces termes limités. Avec son menu tentant composé de petits plats, un cadre élégant et sa sélection de bières et de liqueurs bien équilibrée, La Cave propose plus que simplement du bon vin. Ce refuge confortable situé à Wynn est un paradis des plafonds voûtés, du fer forgé, du bois poli et de panneaux de verre. Le chef Bill DeMarco, un protégé du chef Charlie Palmer, a mis au point un menu séduisant de galettes, de petites assiettes comme des tapas, des grillades, des plats de charcuterie et du fromage gastronomique. Chacun est destiné à se combiner parfaitement à l'un des nombreux vins de La Cave. Affichant une ambiance sexy et amusante, cette cave consacrée au plaisir du vin est entièrement équipée avec une terrasse extérieure donnant sur des jardins paysagers et des piscines. Morton résume très bien cet endroit : « Je veux que les gens repartent comme s'ils venaient juste de passer leur plus belle soirée. La nourriture et le vin étaient excellents, la musique était bonne, et ils ont passé un très bon moment entre amis ».
