Ristorante Toscano is a family owned BYOB. We are an old school white tablecloth neighborhood restaurant and just celebrated our 26th. anniversary. If you are a fan of Veal ; ours is the best because we use Veal Top which we slice ourselves not the leg or a patty. We use local suppliers for high quality ingredients including produce from Lancaster, a local Butcher and Seafood supplier. Our service and food compare with anyone’s. Out with a girlfriend for the holidays. We shared the arugula salad, plenty for two and quite good. She had a burger and fries, a favorite of mine . The fries are delicious! I had the chicken pot pie which I always wanted to try. It’s a bit of an odd combination, carrots, mushrooms and chicken pieces Very small portion and overwhelming spice flavor. Not sure if it was just thyme and garlic but too too much. I would not recommend it! The blood orange Prosecco smash cocktail was oh so good, perfectly balanced. We shared the chocolate terrain dessert which looked just like its name. Quite good albeit a little bit dry. Oh and the Snickerdoodle latte was the best way to finish it off. Our server Oscar is excellent and very helpful as usual.
