- JJoanneVIPNew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWhat a wonderful evening. Arlo is beautiful outside as well as inside. We were a party of four celebrating my daughter’s birthday. We stared with grilled octopus, wedge and Caesar salads. For main courses two of us chose filet mignon and my husband and I shared the Wagyu tomahawk for two which was a special. Mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts completed our meal. Dessert was baked Alaska and apple crostada ala mode. This was the most delicious meal I have ever had. Every course was perfect. Delicious and beautifully presented. Our server was attentive and friendly. This is the first time we have been to Arlo and we look forward to going back. A most pleasant dining experience from the moment we arrived !!More infoArlo Kitchen & BarPrice: Expensive• American• Northport•4.8

Justin was our waiter and was very attentive to our needs. He made excellent recommendations to start. For appetizers we started with baked clams, calamari, and the meatball. The baked clams were absolutely delicious. The peach blossom drink was a fan favorite at our table. The mulfadine pasta was a hit as well as the salmon, chicken parm, cacio e pepe, and the zucchini fritto! Justin was on top of our needs for refills and cocktails! The basil ice cream paired with the olive oil cake was a delicacy that was enjoyed throughout our table! A few tiramisu’s and cappuchinos and we were good to go! What a wonderful dining experience! We will be back!More infoThe Farm Italy Restaurant + BarPrice: Expensive• Italian• Huntington•4.7
- LLorraineVIPNew York City •50 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe absolutely loved your afternoon tea. The sandwiches were delicious! My favorite was the beet and goat cheese. I am not a truffle lover, but I did enjoy the egg salad sandwich with a hint of truffles. It was not overdone, it was just right. I loved the scones, especially with the fig jam and clotted cream. I prefer savory over sweets at an afternoon tea. I find many places do far too many sweets. You had just enough to complement the sandwiches. If I may, I would like to suggest the addition of Darjeeling to your teas. They do call it the King of Teas, after all. It is very different from English Breakfast and Earl Grey, both of which are blended teas. I feel Darjeeling would really complement your lovely afternoon tea. Thank you for a lovely afternoon, Sincerely, Lorraine PaganoMore infoArtisanPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Southport•4.7

- JJaimeVIPNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoInsignia is by far my favorite restaurant! Tonight we dined with my in-laws. They complicate every dining experience. Our waiter Anthony was kind and patient with them. He was attentive to their requests and needs and made for an amazing experience. They enjoyed themselves as did I. The food was excellent like usual. Wine and cocktails wet the pallet. We started with the calamari which has a delicious miso lime vinaigrette- sooo delicious. In addition, we had the applewood smoked bacon. That was a lovely experience watching it be torched tableside. Our appetizers were comprised of wedge salads, Caesar salad, and tomato and mozzarella. Filet mignon was cooked to my desired temperature, while the mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and mac and cheese added to the richness of our plates. Let us not forget the cheesecake and donuts!! Cappuccino and hot tea to end a deliciously perfect meal! Thank you Anthony for a quality experience!! I’ll be back with friends!!More infoInsignia Prime Steak & SushiPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Smithtown•4.7
