Best Date Night Restaurants in Mission

Love this place. Great cocktails and great food. We always enjoy dining here.

We live near the Westhills Earl's frequent that location. However, Mission is fast-becoming our favorite Earl's as the service is second to none. We often take our grandchildren and the staff are just so great and accommodating with them and us! We really appreciate the service. And, the Mission Earl's is also a favorite of our grandchildren's because of the service.

Where do I even start! My husband and I came here for the first time to celebrate our three-year anniversary, and I cannot believe we hadn’t come here sooner. The ambiance was perfect—warm lighting and cosy decor set the stage for a lovely evening! We were greeted by Stu, who is super friendly (and very funny) and he made us feel right at home! We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was absolutely lovely and took the time to chat with us and gave us recommendations for other restaurants as well, as we are new to Calgary. They offer a wide variety of dishes, but we opted for their specials. I ordered the seafood pasta, while my husband chose the wagyu steak. Both dishes were beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. To finish off the evening, we indulged in dessert. The Nutella cheesecake was heavenly—light and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, our experience at Carino was exceptional. We left feeling happy, full, and excited to return. If you're looking for a place that combines great food with a lovely atmosphere, Carino is definitely the place for you!

We had not been in since they renovated about 6 months ago. Very welcoming interior, well designed to break up noise. A mix of booths, tables, and bar seating. The chairs all have well padded seats. A nice repreive from the many places with minimalist metal/wood furniture. Our group of 4 all ordered different items off the happy hour and regular menu. The kitchen got them out quickly and they were all very tasty. Good value on the Happy Hour and Regular menu. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we stayed for "Trivia Night" which was well orchestrated and a lot of fun. Not as noisy as Earl's up the street and a better standard of servers.

Love happy hour! The food and drink specials are perfectly priced and delicious!
