Don’t sleep on the Tao Tuesday deal, we each loved all of the courses. So great!

Beautiful atmosphere. We enjoyed our meal very much; drinks were on point and dessert was extra special. Our waiter was wonderful and very attentive.

We always love David Burke Prime. We went for lobster night to celebrate a birthday. Menu was good. My main course was just okay. Lobster was great tasted too much of the veggies. Although my daughter loved hers. Lobster taco appetizer was awesome. Dessert was great. They did come out with candle on the cake for my daughter, which was nice. Service was good. Slow at times. Very polite.

Overall, an excellent experience. Service was a little spotty. When asking for water, he brought it just for those who asked and not the entire table, which was a bit odd. Food was delicious.

Wonderful food, attentive service, but very noisy. Cries out for a carpet or any sound abatement that might allow conversation at a table for 2 to4. Miss the old original Gurney’s corny Italian rococo decor that was a relief from the now ubiquitous “ zen”running to “ Amish “ look of un inviting plain colorless Uber simple gray fixtures. Looks as if it was decorated by Monks who have taken a vow of poverty. Art work is all black, gray and during late fall no view of gorgeous ocean after early sunset. No music either but the noise would drown it out anyway. Very pricey for teensy portions.
