At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno.     The Highlawn is a lovely restaurant with beautiful views and excellent service. We celebrated my Mother's 85th birthday. The sparkler candle that came with her desert was impressive and well received. Unfortunately, the branzino came in a foil packet on a plate and wasn't fully cooked. One of the staff used scissors to cut open the packet. I would have preferred that the fish dish be presented on a plate instead of in foil at this high-end restaurant. I would like to see some plant based dishes. I had a side of roasted mushroom and sauteed spinach for my meal.

    The menu is creative and the offerings well prepared and delicious. Even more impressive is the service. Despite being extremely busy, the servers are welcoming, upbeat, efficient and attentive to small details. We always have an excellent meal here

    My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at Sapori. Our waitress, Mario, gave us a wonderful experience. He was professional and helpful. He welcomed us with a beautiful smile and warm countenance. He checked on us regularly, we appreciate his service. For our Entree my husband and I had the Lamb Chops and ravioli. They were nice and tender, juicy and flavorful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will certainly dine here again.
