Incredible local fine dining gem! A must try restaurant for steakhouse lovers. Great location, wonderful service.

Party of 6; we all enjoyed our experience at The Cooperage. Notably the wings were outstanding; artichoke dip, scrumptious; burrata, very sharable. Moving onto the entrees, the fried chicken sandwich was amazing, the seabass super fresh. 4 of us had salads (Brown Derby, steak salad, chinese chicken salad). All were healthy and huge portions. Service was awesome, though I'd like so see our dishes/glasses cleared sooner (we eventually stacked everything up in the middle of the table to get the hint).

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brasas do Brazil for two consecutive nights, and I can't recommend it enough! The experience was fantastic both evenings, showcasing a delightful array of flavors that truly celebrate Brazilian cuisine. The standout feature here is undoubtedly the value. For the quality of food and the generous portions we received, it was an incredible deal. Each meal was brimming with freshness and expertly prepared dishes that left us thoroughly satisfied. From the grilled meats to the flavorful sides, every bite was a reminder of why we decided to come back for a second night. If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy delicious food in a vibrant atmosphere, Brasas do Brazil should definitely be on your list. Whether you’re a fan of Brazilian cuisine or simply looking for a great dining experience, you won’t be disappointed!

We were lucky to get the private room (at a reasonable charge) without planning ahead. After turning off the music, it was the perfect noise level for two adults who are hard of hearing and four sensory-sensitive children. Tiffany and German were absolutely amazing. German was especially great at interacting with three of my kids and Tiffany was the epitome of understanding with my one son who is profoundly autistic. Her attention through the whole meal was just the best. Everyone had a great time and the food was obviously delicious.

My wife didn’t want a big spectacle on her 60th birthday, so we decided to have a quiet lunch at Rooftop. She ordered a salad topped with a grilled salmon. I had the sea bass with risotto, and my daughter had the spicy rigatoni with chicken. We also ordered the shrimp tacos (4 tacos). All of the dishes we ordered were delicious. The grilled salmon that came with the salad was cooked just right. The sea bass was as good as and the melted cheese in the risotto was just right and not overpowering the overall flavor of the dish. And my daughter had no complaints on the rigatoni as she cleaned up her plate. And saving the best for last was the shrimp tacos. The shrimp tasted so delicious and fresh that I wished we had more, but with all the food we had, the shrimp tacos outshined them all. And not to forget our server, (I forgot his name God bless his soul) he was very sweet and personable, with a happy demeanor. Hope they pay him well because he was very attentive to our needs. Overall, my wife’s birthday celebration, even though it wasn’t elaborate, it was a very nice experience and we will definitely will come back if we’re in the area. I highly recommend this restaurant.
