Ouvert depuis décembre 2012, le Mountain Standard est un restaurant innovant géré par les créateurs du Sweet Basil, à Vail, dans le Colorado. Également située dans la vallée de Vail, cette taverne accueillante de style rustique propose une cuisine préparée avec des méthodes ancestrales. La plupart des plats composant le menu du Mountain Standard sont préparés au feu de bois avec les meilleurs ingrédients provenant des Rocheuses et des régions voisines.
