Welcome to Down the Hatch - EDINBURGH!We are a diner focusing on diner style food with big flavour, fresh ingredients, huge taste and all things Canadian!! Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult and are not permitted from 8pm onwards. We have a 10 minute grace period for your booking. First time I’ve been here and I will be back again, service from Megan and the gentleman behind the bar was exemplary and the food was superb, I had a buffalo chicken sando and it was so filling, can’t wait to come back ☺️

The halloumi fries were divine. We will be thinking about it for the next 10 years. So so yummy. The staff were so friendly and everything tasted so yummy we didn’t have time for dessert but we definitely would go back.
