Delicious food. Excellent service. We will definitely be back.

The manager lady was not doing her job at all. It took 20 mins for our drinks to arrive at the table and we had to ask for water three times, this was still forgotten about so I had to get up and get my own jug off the counter. There were only two staff serving on a busy night and the service was just not there.

Fantastic venue, food, staff, ambience just perfect. Went for a birthday celebration with the family, we all had a great night couldn't not fault anything, we will be back.

Amazing setting with beach in the background, breezy and cool. We had the lunch set menu which we felt was very high quality and great value for the standard of food. Every single dish that came out was absolutely amazing. Drinks were also excellent. Recommend their Chilli margarita. Very pleased to have picked Shelter for a celebratory meal. Thanks

The Karaage Don was quite small for a main dish. The Midori Ramen was too salty for my taste. They offered to fix it and managed to tone down the saltiness, but I think it could still be better. The presentation was beautiful and creative.
