Best Family Style Restaurants in East Nashville

Outstanding! One of the best meals we have ever had! Each dish was elevated to another level and was the best we have had of its kind (eg gnocchi, crispy brussels, cornbread, roast chicken, flourless chocolate cake with brown butter gelato). Wonderful service. Great atmosphere. We will recommend and return when in Nashville again!

Best meal we’ve had in Nashville! Have heard great things and we weren’t disappointed. Terrific service and food. A tad on the pricey side considering the size of the dish but that’s the only negative. 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I had dinner at Ella’s last night and the food was exceptional. The service by our server, Matt Valentine was even better. He’s definitely an asset to Ella’s. Not sure if we ever experienced a better waiter.

Our server, (forgot his name, but a tall and polite gentleman), took great care of us and brought us a free dessert and savory dish, as we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday and our five year anniversary. Something I enjoyed about him too, is he was informative, guided us through how the menu works, but was not overbearing in his delivery or presence at the table. I’ve been to so many places where you can tell the server is being a bit performative and will drown you in details instead of reading the room and giving people time to process lol. What really stood out as well, was the fact that every staff member we interacted with, (the host, server, and THREE other employees on the floor), all knew we were celebrating and made a point to congratulate us. You could tell they pay attention to special details here. My partner and I are both in the service industry (fine dining), so we notice the small stuff and had no complaints! Even our water glasses never dropped below 3/4ths full. Also worth noting — the value you get for the delicious food, great ambience, and service is WELL worth the price. A wonderful dining experience without breaking the bank. Would highly recommend this place 👍🏻

The experience was really good. We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I love Lebanese food but it was our first time trying a proper Lebanese Restaurant. Our server Michael was so amazing and took time to explain the Menu, patiently helping us with our queries. The freshly made fluffy Pitas were to die for. Best Falafels, Humus and Baba Ganush dips. We tried Cauliflower Baked Veggie option, which was good. Our favourite of the day was the Orange Pistachio Rose Cake. We don’t drink often to lapse on judgement on ordering the drinks 🙈 But, overall really good service and experience. Will comeback again! 🙋🏻‍♀️
