Carmines is always great value and the momma’s in the kitchen authentic Italian i food is delicious. Huge servings!! Love the place

Went for my friend and i’s birthday and the waiter was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. We ordered the spicy edamame,  steak skewers, crispy shrimp and two of their specialty rolls. All was amazing. To end the night our waiter brought us out the smash cash and pistachio cheesecake which was out of this world! Definitely will be back!

Great food and service. Expensive but it’s Vegas!

We reserved our dining spot for 7 well in advanced and were seated fairly quickly. The view inside was amazing, and we appreciate the lazy Susan on the tables for food sharing. We had some small plates and ramen to share. Cucumbers and the rice cakes are a must-order. Ramen is okay, nothing mind blowing. I did enjoy my 7 spice slushie. Service was basic. I expected a better service for such a nice establishment. Server did not bother checking on us or offering to bring anything else. Otherwise it was a pretty good dining experience.

We loved the food. We ordered the special for 4 people and everything was so good. Plenty of leftovers as well. Will eat there again.
