Best Family Style Restaurants in Pacific Beach

Had dinner in the Covewood Restaurant on Valentines day and it was fabulouis. the chef created a wonderful price fix menu and i had the 16 oz ribeye entree and my partner had the sea bass both were awesome and beautifully served. The server was excellent as well.

Despite it being Valentine’s Day “a busy and chaotic day at other restaurants”, service and food was phenomenal! 10 out of 10! This place never fails to impress me. Was sat down in less than a minute and waiter Nick took our drink order within minutes. Absolutely the best service provided by Nick and May. All the details and attention were unnoticed. Compliments to the chef for the best prefixed menu I have ever seen! Bring the mussels to the menu please that broth was exquisite. Thank you for making the best Valentines dinner date I’ve ever had.

What an AMAZING evening! The service at Cesarina was impeccable. Every person that approached us was warm, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. From the focaccia to the soup to the pastas and Tiramisu everything was delicious. We enjoyed an early Valentine’s celebration and it was lovely. The ambiance is cozy and warm. I especially loved the little touches of the hot water bottle and blankets to keep us toasty warm. Irish was so friendly, making time to check in on us and share the story of the restaurant. A true gem, can’t wait to return.
