When you think of food, the first association you have is its delectable aroma. The rich fragrance of cardamom in masala chai, the sweet smell of syrup in gulab jamun, the mouthwatering layers of flavours in chicken tikka masala. The wonderful fragrance lures you to the table before you even see the spread in front of you.So we thought of a name to capture the essence of cooking and eating - Indian Mehek, or the aroma of India.
