Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Washington Avenue Coalition / Memorial Park

Too much noise. Suggest turn down music so people don’t have to talk over it. Excellent food and service.

We went to the Marigold club for afternoon tea and all I can say is outstanding. The first thing you see is how beautifully decorated it is and we were seated at a lovely table for two. The wait staff is very attentive. The sandwiches and scones or something I’ve never had and all were very tasty. The toffee scone is simply delicious and is followed by a dish of beautifully decorated little desserts. The tea is different from any tea I’ve ever had in Houston. We will be coming back here for other meals they do have a dinner menu, which we didn’t see but I’m sure it’s just as delicious as everything else. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

It was reallllly great! We enjoyed every bit of it- service was spectacular, every single employee was on top of it, kind, knowledgeable. Food was incredible. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. We got the Ribeye and it was delicious especially with a side of Turners sauce. Brussel sprouts were *chefs kiss*! I wasn’t crazy about the Alaskan crab Mac and cheese. But I would definitely get the puréed potatoes next time, a little scoop came with our steak and I wanted more!! The tableside martini cart added such a special touch. My husband and I enjoyed the interactive experience. We will definitely be back!

Took a friend to lunch for her BD. Hadn’t been in awhile and it was just a good as I remembered. Probably the best restaurant in Montgomery run and owned by a wonderful couple,
