Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Dingley Village

Such an amazing way to be served Xmas lunch. Exquisite food- presentation and taste. This is our 2nd time. Don’t know how- but it was even better than the first time. Felt very special indeed. Staff were very attentive too. Still dreaming about my experience ❤️

Will definitely be back, amazing porchetta pizza and the new fit out is bright and fresh. Service outstanding but a little loud when the restaurant was full on Christmas Eve. Terrific new addition to Mordialloc which was in need of some new venues.

Wow, a great experience in fine dining matched to great seafood and impeccable service. Wine, Oysters, Calamari, Pork belly with a final Rock Lobster main… well done to all involved. A intimate evening where the Standards were kept very high all the way through to the powder rooms. Would recommend to anyone Brighton waterfront. MR

If you enjoy the slightly unusual with an Aussie influence then this is the restaurant for you - we really enjoyed the food, it was an unforgettable night The only two downers that don’t relate to the food were 1. We didn’t have any dedicated waiting staff so didn’t get to develop any repartee / relationship which often enhances the night. The sommelier young man was the exception and therefore great … we had little conversations with him during the wine selection times …. He was great - having said that there was lots of serving staff 2. in the past we had heard (and was looking forward) to going into a real garden to show some of the produce used so quite disappointing to be lead to an enclosed box out the back either lots of little standing tables for guests

Another excellent night at Bancho (our second visit this week) It is our favourite restaurant for special celebrations as well as a quite night out. The food, staff and wine/sake/cocktails are first class. Thank you for looking after us so well.
