- CCalebNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI've always had a good experience at Ilili, and have been there several times in the past, but only for dinner (This time I went for brunch). Our server took a lot of time explaining the items on the menu. The quality of the cocktails and mezzas we ordered were really good, with food at a good warm temperature and seasoned well. I did like the variety of dinner menu offering more than the weekend brunch menu, and the brunch menu had more items that were more typical brunch items (e.g. Salmon burger, avocado toast). Nevertheless, the brunch food was still decent.More infoililiPrice: Expensive• Lebanese• Gramercy Park•4.7
- RRonvipAtlanta Metro •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe experience was great. Our waitress was nice, accommodating, and friendly. The food was tasty as well. My one concern was the hostess who insisted we needed to leave because there was another reservation coming in for our table. I found her rude and unprofessional. There were plenty of open tables inside and outside of the restaurant that sat 4 people, which was the size of the table we were at. After spending the amount of money that we spent on brunch $600+ for 3 people, I would expect better service from a hostess. We were at the table less than 1.5 hours and she made it a point to ask us to leave. There is nothing that states that there is a time limit on reservations. Overall the experience was great outside of an overzealous hostess who does not know how to treat customers. Shame on her!! She almost ruined the experience. I hope the manager of the restaurant reads this review and invests in training for this one hostess on proper customer service protocols when dealing with customers. I’m sure the CEO of RH would not appreciate customers being treated this way.More infoRH Guesthouse, The Dining RoomPrice: Very Expensive• American• Meatpacking District•4.8
- JJeanneGreater Boston •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoFood was great and wine recommendations from sommelier were excellent. In the beginning things seemed very rushed. Our Negronis were served and within 5 minutes the first course arrived. We asked the wait staff to slow things down which they did and it made the evening more enjoyable.More infoBabbo RistorantePrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Greenwich Village•4.4
- JjulieLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoMary C was stellar with her service, interaction, and expertise making our afternoon tea experience at The Palm Court more memorable than we could have expected. She was quick to greet us when we sat down and was patient with us when taking our time to decide which tea service to choose. (We chose the Traditional). Yes, there were lots of people during the holiday season, but Mary C was patient and kind, taking time to explain all the yummy things to eat. She even boxed up the extra treats we could not finish. Well worth the time and expense for an invaluable afternoon with Mary C. She is as much an asset as Eloise and we hope the Plaza hangs a portrait of her on their wall as well.More infoThe Palm Court at The Plaza HotelPrice: Very Expensive• American• Midtown East•4.4
- PPhoebeDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 29, 2024The overall experience at Temple Court is exceptional. Surprisingly, the prices are more reasonable than those of most high-end restaurants in NYC, despite being a luxury dining space within a hotel. The romantic atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for couples or anyone seeking a pleasant and peaceful setting for brunch, lunch, or dinner. The servers and hosts are attentive and detail-oriented, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Temple Court is a solid 10/10 in every aspect.More infoTemple CourtPrice: Very Expensive• American• Financial District•4.8
