From the moment we stepped inside the high-scale boutique hotel that houses this gem, we were captivated. The ambiance exudes elegance and class, the lobby itself is a work of art, and the signature scent in the air? Absolutely divine. It sets the stage for an evening of indulgence. Then came the food. The tuna pizza? A showstopper. The duck and filet mignon? Out of this world—expertly cooked, rich in flavor, and unforgettable. And the desserts? The Chocolate in a Cup and Chocolate Cigar with passion fruit mousse are simply unbeatable. The perfect balance of decadence and brightness. But what truly makes this place extraordinary is the elegance and class of the lady owner, who is always present, ensuring perfection. She tends to the tables, supports her team, and makes sure every detail is flawless. Her passion and dedication shine through in every aspect of the restaurant. And then there’s Paul. If Salt & the Cellar is a five-star experience, Paul makes it a six. His service was flawless, his timing impeccable, and his passion for hospitality undeniable. Paul anticipated everything before we even asked. Paul made our night perfect. Salt & the Cellar isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. From the breathtaking ambiance to the meticulous attention to detail, it’s a place that lingers in your mind long after you leave. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out on one of the finest dining experiences imaginable. And when you go? Ask for Paul. This is a must stop every time we come to Orlando. We are here once a year for business and take clients. The ambiance is amazing, and staff is top notch. The food was as always ridiculously good. If you want to be spoiled, I highly recommend.

Great experience and location for a business meeting.

Our server, Chris, made our experience absolutely outstanding. The presentation of the food was beautiful and tasty. Wonderful ambience. It was my husband’s birthday dinner and one for the memory books! Chris made suggestions, was personable and so attentive and respectful. We returned to Flying Fish because the Red Snapper had returned to the menu. The whole experience WOWED us!
