Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Alpha, New Jersey

Everything was perfect, the building is amazing! Eric, our server was on top of his game! The food was top notch. We had the mezza platter as an appetizer and it was unbelievable! For our dinner we had the filet, which was a very large filet, and also the blackened mahi mahi that was fresh and delicious. The mashed potatoes and cheesy grits complimented the meals perfectly. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food we got. We will definitely be back!

Another amazing meal at Chop House. The 7 Oz filet was perfectly prepared and seasoned well. We ordered the caramelized onions. Perfect with the filet. We ordered Brussel sprouts and they were the best we ever had.

Unbelievable dinner for Christmas Eve. I could not have asked for nor received a better experience. The food was amazing and the service spectacular. Our waitress (I hate that I have forgotten her name) was perfect. She was on top of everything, food came out on time and perfectly cooked, checked in on just enough but not too much. This is what I expect from Blue and always get it. If you ever have a chance to go to this restaurant make sure you do.

We celebrated our birthdays with lunch. We were greeted at the front desk area and the excellent service continued with the server at lunch. After receiving some glorious cocktails the food was excellent. So delicious. We plan on making this an annual date. Hotel Bethlehem is so special but particularly so during tbe holiday season. Everything was great. The only issue is they have a credit card limit of one per table which we learned when the check came. This should be clarified when reservations are made.
