Thank you to our customers for voting Arielle’s Country Inn: BEST RESTAURANT OF BUCKS & MONTGOMERY COUNTY for the second year in a row, 2011 and 2012 Reader’s Choice Awards, The Intelligencer. Arielle's Country Inn, located on Allentown Road, is housed in a beautifully appointed, historic, stone building dating back to 1754. Used as a stagecoach stop in the 18th century, the restaurant still retains that warm country atmosphere. Chef/owner, Jacques Colmaire, uses locally sourced, fresh, high quality ingredients to skillfully prepare food for you to enjoy. Diners can choose from Prime steaks, fresh seafood, pasta and other specialities which are all cooked to order and served in a romantic, candlelit dining room, enhanced with a fireplace and cozy bar. Garden dining is available amid a beautiful flower garden in the summer months. We look forward to having you as our guest!

Water Wheel Tavern is an historic Bucks County landmark originally built in 1714 by John Dyer, an English Quaker. It existed for centuries as a water wheel driven grist mill, and later hosted both a post office and a general store. The mill was transformed into an inn and tavern with the repeal of prohibition in 1933.Now, after an extensive industrial chic renovation, we invite you to experience our comfortable ambiance, diverse menu and hard working professional staff!*High tops & Patio tables are non reservable, but we will make every attempt to accommodate your request.*

Always a delight, but especially at Christmas time! Our server attended to our table several times to check on our experience. They accommodated our request for special seating. Lighting was sufficient. The decorations looked festive and cozy. The chicken parm with vegetables tasted wonderful and my house salad included a variety of toppings. Not your typical house side salad! My husband ordered the special cod with crab and enjoyed it. Our friend ordered lobster bisque, caesar salad, and coconut shrimp. All appetizers, but made a complete meal. The dessert, a pear with hot fudge and ice cream with berries and whipped cream was large enough for two of us to share. Did I say delicious, too?! Thank you Arielle's!!

The food is always excellent, with innovative twists. The service was great, the staff is always pleasant, and you're never rushed. Brunch today, but lunch, dinner, or just drinks, a trip to The Water Wheel is NEVER a disappointment!

The food was delicious. My husband said he had the best lamp chops ever. The live music was fantastic but loud for such a small venue. We seem to annoy our waitress and had to ask for attention quite a few times. Not sure if they are understaffed. But ambience and food were terrific. Also recommend the meatballs, crabcakes and fish tacos.
