Tavern est le troisième restaurant du duo du chef Suzanne Goin et de la sommelière Caroline Styne, qui possède également un restaurant Lucques et un bar à vin AOC. Ceci est leur avant-poste de l'ouest de Los Angeles, qui sert de fief local pour les habitants de Brentwood. Designé avec chic par Jeffrey Alan Marks, Tavern est composé de trois endroits distincts mais connectés: une salle à manger avec toit en verre, un grand bar aux murs bleus et un salon de thé appelé Larder qui propose des repas décontractés, une boulangerie, et vente de plats préparés à emporter. Le Farmshop, ouvert en 2010, est un restaurant, boulangerie et marché artisanal situé dans le centre commercial historique Brentwood Country Mart datant de 1948, sur 26th Street à Santa Monica. La cuisine de Jeff Cerciello met l'accent sur des ingrédients locaux de saison. Irene Verbila du Los Angeles Times a écrit : « les dimanches soirs au Farmshop sont consacrés au poulet frit... Le meilleur... Mais la volaille que je considère être l'un des "10 Meilleurs Repas" est le poulet rôti bio de Cerciello... Doré et croustillant, une chair dense mais juteuse, chaque bouchée surpasse la précédente ». En plus de mettre en avant les produits frais locaux, le Farmshop possède une carte des vins comptant 300 bouteilles de Californie, ainsi qu'un marché proposant des fromages, de la charcuterie, des aliments artisanaux et des articles ménagers, le tout étant un hommage aux nombreux fermiers, producteurs et fournisseurs basés en Californie et que l'établissement est fier de présenter.
