- JJohnEast Tennessee •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThis was our first time at The Marlowe and we really enjoyed it! We are frequently looking for new places in downtown Knoxville for special events - Valentine’s Day in this case. The food, ambiance, and prices were great for this occasion! I had the roasted duck and my wife had the lamb chops as our meals. And we had fried oysters with caviar, and crab bisque as appetizers! They were all tasty, delicious and good portions. We liked the high table seating in the bar area, but the regular seating area looked as comfortable. Service was friendly and professional. All high-end dining without breaking the bank! We will be back and will highly recommend The Marlowe to our friends.More infoThe MarlowePrice: Expensive• Continental• Knoxville•4.9
- KKelseyEast Tennessee •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoMy husband and I went to dinner at Chophouse for our Valentine’s Day outing a day earlier. It was phenomenal. The ambiance, the food, the service, everything was incredible. I ordered the Valentine’s Day special, filet and lobster tail. I was, unfortunately, unable to eat the filet as it was well well well done when I had ordered it medium. I wasn’t going to say anything because we aren’t the type of people to complain. My husband did say that the steak was inedible at the temperature it was cooked at because he felt bad that I couldn’t eat my meal. The server immediately told her management and they insisted on making it right. I was fully intending to pay for my entire meal. The manager took the price of the steak off and gave us a complimentary dessert, which was very generous and not expected in the slightest. After eating one of the best lobsters I’ve had in my life, I wasn’t hungry anyway. Nonetheless, I appreciated all of them for working with us and doing everything they did. It was phenomenal. We will 100% tell friends and family to join us at Chophouse. Thank you all for your hard work and exceptional customer service.More infoThe Chop House - W. - CConnieGrand Rapids / Western Michigan •7 reviews4.0Dined on Feb 8, 2025Varied menu that shows nutritional info for each choice and offers brown rice as an option. The sesame chicken was delicious, included vegetables, and the chicken was not coated in batter. My friend had the appetizer lettuce wraps as her entree. It was a very generous portion that she said tasted excellent. Friendly fast service on a busy Saturday evening.More infoP.F. Chang's - KnoxvillePrice: Moderate• Chinese• Knoxville•3.8
