At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment.     Everything was amazing, a limited Xmas day menu but it covered everything the palette would desire I had duck starter and my husband had oysters, main I had fish he had shirt ribe and shared strawberry dessert, Cory our server was knowledgeable, helpful, engaging and wonderful, the restaurant was beautiful with window views from 7 floors to see beaches and sunset. A fabulous Christmas Day

    We had a fantastic Christmas meal. The grouper special was done perfectly. Dining outside in December is the best and they had heaters running to keep it toasty and comfortable. ClearSky never disappoints!

    Waiter Andy was fun and extremely professional (waiting until the first wave of high-speed visiting was over before taking food orders). The food, as always, was totally outstanding, the menu quite varied, and everything was delicious. We make it a point to go there at least once on every holiday visit.
