The stunning restaurant, which is the first of its kind in South Jersey, will transport guests to the Greek Islands with an atmosphere reminiscent of an inviting Mediterranean home, and a menu of authentic specialties, simply prepared, that represent the best of Greek cuisine. The restaurant specializes in whole grilled fish, which are flown in from the Greek islands, the shores of Morocco, Tunisia and Portugal, and procured from independent North American fishermen. We have created a welcoming restaurant designed with the comforts of a typical Greek home. We used materials such as hand-chiseled Jerusalem limestone floors, hand woven rugs, vaulted ceilings, antiqued stucco walls, wood plank floors and exposed wood beams to evoke the traditional atmosphere. A series of dining areas feature rustic farm tables, dark wood chairs with beige cushions and dining nooks with upholstered banquettes. The homelike ambience is accentuated with whitewashed walls.

Founded in 1996 the ideas for the Marblehead Chowder House were actually hatched a few years before. Sitting at "The Barnacle," overlooking Marblehead Harbor one raw winter day, while the spume from the rough saltwater painted the windows and the Sam Adams Lager flowed freely, a concept was born. Casual, coastal and cozy - fresh seafood, fin fish, shellfish and hearty chowders in a warm, relaxing atmosphere that says "seaside" - a place that had tradition, patriotism, and a New England heritage about it. Fresh ingredients, house-made soups and chowders, comfort food with a twist freshly prepared to order were all musts!     Went here for our 10 year anniversary and we were blown away by the entire experience. We did the 17 course omakase and every course was amazing. We will definitely be going back!

    You really do get what you pay for at Carlucci's! I very vividly remember the food being "meh" here. The views were gorgeous and the drinks were always good so it was a "maybe" for a long time for my family. We decided to go there last minute for Valentine's Day and we had the absolute BEST experience. Their temporary tent is now permanent outdoor seating, the service was perfect (hi Frank!), and the food was incredible. Highly recommend the Sea Bass and Caneloni! The BEST cannoli for dessert. Don't sleep on Carlucci's!

    We have been to the other two Estias in PA and absolutely love going there, so we expected this Estia to be the same. However, it was much better than we expected!!! The service was absolutely fantastic, the food was consistently DELICIOUS, and the ambience was just right. I highly recommend the Estia chips as an appetizer and the lamb chops as an entree. The sangria was so tasty as well as the Dionysus cocktail with house infused berry vodka. We will definitely be back here in the near future!

    The specials are always worth considering. The staff is on top of everything. We dine out every Friday for more years than I want to admit and there are only 3 or 4 restaurants that I can say we NEVER had a bad meal. Allora is one of them. You won’t be disappointed.
