- LLisavipDallas - Fort Worth •15 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis was my second visit to Shinsei and I think it was better than the first visit! Our waitress was amazing!! It seemed she had been there a while and knew everything!! I loved her! We started with the pork dumplings and Hamachi and Pear appetizer along with Katina’s Sticky Rice…I think the sticky rice was my favorite with Hamachi coming in a close second!! We also tried the Coconut Chicken Jalapeño Poppers. For dinner I had the miso plat cod and my husband had the baby back ribs, absolutely everything was delicious. My Seabass was cooked to perfection and of course for dessert I had cotton candy. I mean is there a better dessert? LOLMore infoShinsei RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Asian• Park Cities•4.9

- OTOpenTable DinerNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 20, 2024I chose this restaurant on a whim while in the DFW area for a short trip. I was trying to pick a restaurant between the airport and my hotel and chose based on a couple of pictures of the food. When I got to the restaurant, looking at the menu I could tell I would be in for a treat- ingredients that aren’t easy to find (ex. Huitlacoche) and the drinks were excellent. I went with the pan-seared cobia and it was very tasty as was the Mexican Cioppino. My only regret was that I wasn’t hungrier so I could have tried a couple appetizers. The food was excellent, the ambiance was modern but not too loud. Would definitely recommend if you want Latin food with a modern twist.More infoHugo's Invitados - Las ColinasPrice: Expensive• Mexican• Las Colinas / Irving•4.4
