General Public is inspired by trying to imagine what an upscale English pub would be if it had the heart of an American brasserie (and was open 11 to 11). I hear a lot of different feedbacks and mostly mention the restaurant is not consistent, and I finally have a chance to try it myself, the server is excellent and he was able to create the experience much better than I thought, food wise was ok maybe my expectations was too high, but overall not worth the money they charged

Quiet, great ambiance, music not too loud, amazing interior design. The aubergines are a must and the olives are great. Service is impeccable as well; Jamie was very funny and great to chat with. The cocktails are beautiful and full. Top restaurant in Toronto despite the small crowd.

Lee Restaurant consistently exceeds my expectations. Every dish on the menu is a culinary delight, and I can confidently choose any item with my eyes closed, knowing it will be exceptional. The cocktails and mocktails are a journey of their own, infused with subtle Asian flavors that are truly out-of-this-world. Highly recommended! The ambience is phenomenal. Unlike other restaurants where the music is blaring like a nightclub, Lee Restaurant offers a serene environment where you can actually have a conversation with your dining companions. The service is impeccable, and our server, Gray, deserves an award for elevating the entire dining experience.
