Located on Charleston's Upper King Street, Indaco (Italian for "indigo") serves rustic Italian cuisine. Wood-fired pizzas, hand-crafted pastas, housemade salami and cured sausages fill the restaurant's menu which can be enjoyed family-style or a la carte. Travis and Ryan Croxton debut their spinoff from the highly acclaimed Rappahannock Oyster Bar at Union Market in Washington, DC. They’ve even brought their DC Chef, Kevin Kelly, to man the kitchen at this outpost. This location in the historic Cigar Factory Building on East Bay Street, allows room for Chef Kelly to showcase more of his cuisine to a larger audience, including an incredibly unique 40 seat raw bar.     We enjoy the restored buildings of Charleston. So much history ..... make sure to read the history piece on ghe back of Amen's menu. We always look for seafood restaurants when we visit the east coast. Amen did not disappoint! I had the special (white fish with a robust sauce ..... and a medley of veggies; which I love) and my husband had the blackened mahi). They both were amazing. Our server was friendly, fun and helpful. Definitely a pro. Cary and I highly recommend Amen Street Fish and Raw Bar to anyone who loves good food and service; especially seafood + oysters!

    Experienced Anson for first time, and I must say I could kick myself for not going before now. It was wonderful! Our waiter Paul was excellent with recommendations, and the GM checked with guests as well. Both were very attentive and made my husband and I feel welcomed AND the meal/cocktails were fabulous.

    We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner. The lamb and the fresh catch of the day,  Chilean Seabass was melt in your mouth buttery. Gabby our server was wonderful. The manager was accommodating, very nice and friendly. A must try place while In Charleston.

    Dinner was great! Mocktails & Cocktails out of this world. And hands down the pizza is a must! Meatballs & roasted potatos are perfect sides. Server was great!

    I come quite often after 5pm for the champagne room. This was my first time doing afternoon tea and I can’t wait to come again! Gluten free options were also available. Ask for Tyler, he’s an incredible server!
