The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! The experience was amazing. There was a handsome waiter and he made our day. Every line he said was perfect. The food was great, we are picky but was delicious. Moreover, the atmosphere; lovely. The piano good! Made me feel like i was in Switzerland, but i wasn’t. Thank you!

My wife and I went with my daughter’s family for dinner on Boxing Day. There were seven us ranging in ages from grandparents to grandchildren. All of us ordered various dinners and each us raved about our meals. The service was outstanding and the family atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. A perfect family restaurant in Chelsea with reasonable prices.
