We were thankful to secure a reservation at this restaurant, which was inside our hotel, following the terrorist attack that occurred on Bourbon Street early this morning. The pizza and ceasar salad were great. Both items were shareable with the pizza including 8 slices. The salad was shared amongst three people. The service was perfect considering the soberness and sadness in the air. I do not recommend the cauliflower appetizer—bland, very hard to share, no flavor and unimpressive presentation. Overall, I would not consider this a destination restaurant but could see it being a great spot with a nice atmosphere post Saints game or concert event for pizza.

Enjoyed our dining experience at RedFish last night however the musician outside playing in the street was excessively loud and right in front of the windows. I feel bad for the establishment because had we not had a reservation I would have quickly moved past it to a quieter location. Luckily we were seated in the back and could not hear it too much. Service and dinner was exceptional - loved the cornbread !!

Sam, our waiter, was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The seafood was amazing as well. Definitely recommend going a little earlier (before 6pm) for half off charbroiled oysters during happy hour. They are well worth the full price, but who doesn’t like happy hour discounts?

Food and service were exceptional. We had the ceviche’ and lobster ravioli appetizers then ordered Hallibut with scallops and shrimp risotto — the signature dish — and the Parmesan-crusted sheepshead with lemon butter and browned capers served either asparagus as our main courses. Everything was perfectly prepared! We ordered 3 desserts to top it all off: the salty malty ice cream pie, the white chocolate bread pudding and the chocolate mouse in a dark chocolate dome with raspberry gelee’. Perfect evening. Except for learning at the end of the night that our parking would not be validated. We were not told to bring the parking ticket to the front desk at the beginning of the night. If you go to GW Finn’s and expect to get parking validated, do not pay the garage when you park (despite the fact that all of the signs in the garage and the boots on cars are somewhat threatening in there). Instead, take your unpaid parking garage ticket directly to the front desk at the restaurant for validation with a picture of your license plate. This was the only sour note of our evening. Otherwise, it was perfect!
