Le secret de la bonne cuisine italienne se cache dans ses ingrédients frais, cuisinés avec simplicité pour le mélange de parfums le plus équilibré possible. Les racines italiennes de Mimmo se trouvent en Sicile, dans sa ville natale, Bagheria. Les fruits et des légumes cueillis dans la ferme familiale, étaient mis à l'honneur tous les soirs sur la tavola, la table. Le logo du restaurant, un citron et une fleur de citronnier, ou zagara, rappelle l'importance de la culture du citron et de son exportation dans l'histoire de la Sicile, mais aussi le temps où Mimmo cueillait les agrumes dans l'exploitation de son grand-père.

Dès que vous arriverez à La Quinta Cliffhouse, vous serez subjugué par la vue et les sons spectaculaires du désert.
