We started with the grilled octopus, which was absolutely perfect – tender and beautifully seasoned. But the real magic happened when our filet mignons arrived. I know it sounds like a cliché, but these steaks truly do melt in your mouth. Every bite was pure bliss. Our server Niki deserves special praise. She had that wonderful ability to appear exactly when needed while letting us enjoy our evening uninterrupted. Actually, the entire staff worked seamlessly together, from the attentive busboys to the owner himself. It's clear why this has become our favorite restaurant. The best part? This wasn't a one-time lucky experience. Char Steakhouse delivers this level of excellence every single time we visit. A great dining experience. The food was excellent. In particular, the roasted chicken breast. The service was equally excellent. The ambiance was outstanding. And, the live jazz, performed by Kristina Koller, made the evening perfect.
