Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Dunnington

From start to finish the staff couldn't do enough for us. They asked us if we minded waiting at a table untill they had sorted our table out even though we were early. They were very polite and got our drinks straight away. The food was delicious and very quick. Those lads and lasses work very hard .The service, the food and the restaurant itself, can't fault it and would highly recommend Bill's in York to anyone.

Fantastic experience for a 21st birthday lunch with 5 diners .. ate off the set menu … enough choice and all food great quality. Starters fantastic as well as the chicken / steak main course … Steak cooked to a perfect medium … Fantastic service and complimentary Prosecco for the birthday boy was amazing … Woukd eat here again .. Service fantastic … we will be back …

Absolutely stunning food & ambience. The staff at the bar were very attentive, though we didn't really appreciate a £10 service charge for a bottle of champagne we bought at the bar to take away...that was a bit cheeky! However, we still think we would like to return, & maybe stay over rather than just have a meal.

What an amazing restaurant!! We were lucky enough to get a table as we were staying at the hotel - so glad we did. The menu choice was great and varied and our meals were delicious. My husband had the steak and said it was the best he’s had ( and he’s visited a lot of restaurants!) . Very reasonably priced for the quality of food . The hardest thing was what to chose as all the food looked great

On a cold and rainy night in pre-Christmas York, we were glad to be able to secure a table for two. We read the menu and thought we would try the Monday night burger offer. The food exceeded our expectations by a mile. The quality was fantastic, the food piping hot, the service very good considering how busy it was with Christmas visitors. The surroundings so relaxed and comfortable we just had to stay for a lovely pud, a totally fab cheesecake with pear poached in mulled wine, a total showstopper! 😋 Altogether a lovely experience and only five minutes dash back to our hotel in the rain. Would definitely visit again.
