Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Branchburg

The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Everyone in our party loved the fig and prosciutto flatbread and I also highly recommend the steak, which we tried with both the bleu cheese and horseradish crusts. We also tried the holiday themed cranberry mocktail and spiked egg nog and both were great. Redstone will be a place we return to again!

The GF Philly steak flatbread was delish! The plank salmon was wonderful! As was the Mahi Mahi lettuce wrap tacos! (They were so yummy we came back for more today!) Finishing off the meal— the cappuccinos were excellent! And of course the mini deserts were perfectly sized to provide a sweet perfect finish to yet another awesome meal experience!

618 is one of our favorite local restaurants. We dine there at least once a month (our waitress, Alexis, told us that we have dined 25 times so far). Alexis, our server, was friendly and helpful. She greeted us with a smile and took our drink order. The meal began with a basket of delicious bread with butter and sea salt. I opted for my favorite cocktail, the Spicy Boi. It's made with Reposado Tequila, Ancho Chile, and passion fruit juice. It has the right mixture of sweet, refreshing, with a spicy kick. We opened our meal by sharing a lobster tostada appetizer from the specials menu. Chunks of lobster tossed with pickled onions, pineapple, queso fresco, served over a crisp tortilla. For entrees my wife had the 8 oz Filet Mignon and I had the Cajun Shrimp and Grits. Both were perfectly cooked. Looking forward to our next visit.

We had dinner here on Christmas and it was excellent. The food and service was all very good on a very busy night. Additionally, despite there not being an open table in the place we were not jammed up against and another table. The “all day happy hour” made cocktails and wine very reasonable and the reduced fee for the kids meal was a pleasant surprise. Everyone enjoyed all the food. We were constantly being served and the manager stopped by our table to check in twice. I would have been impressed even if hadn’t been a major holiday but add that element in and I am quite blown away.
