Travis and Ryan Croxton debut their spinoff from the highly acclaimed Rappahannock Oyster Bar at Union Market in Washington, DC. We loved Church and Union - the venue was beautiful and our server Jonah certainly added to the positive experience sharing the background of the building and the artwork on the ceilings and walls. And, our food came quickly and was very tasty. So glad we chose this place for Sunday Brunch!

This was our first time at this restaurant. We were definitely impressed. The service was absolutely stellar, our waiter was very attentive and friendly, he offered his opinion on the dishes, how shareable they were, and even offered options to make menu items more palatable for younger diners. The food was spectacular, and my picky son found a menu item that he absolutely adored, I was stunned at how he flexed his palate and tried new foods. Overall this was a fantastic experience.

Such a delightful dining experience in every way! A sunset view of Shem Creek, an unhurried and relaxed dining experience thanks to our waitstaff, perfectly concocted cocktails and yes, the food!!! It was perfect- thank you to everyone at Tavern and Table!
