Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Fairview

Outstanding and unpretentious service. Fabulously friendly and caring. The "Happy Days" menu certainly keeps the cost very reasonable, especially for this high a level of tasty dishes. Both pastas we had, "spicy vodka" and "bolo" (pork/beef ragu) were delicious. We took the bolo home for dinner and it heated up with no fuss nor muss. Microwaving it to reheat without any additions whatsoever and it was perfect!! The burger is fantastic, dripping with yummy sauce and melted American cheese. Fries cooked well and totally addictive. And the bang bang shrimp to start were cooked beautifully with a wonderful spice level and a fine textural crunch. We were happy campers and will be back to try the rest of the menu. 😁

This is a neighborhood favourite of my family & my nieces. The warm customer sevice & attentiveness of our server Tate was very much appreciated. Always feel taken care of and appreciated at Grapes and Soda as well as their sister restaurant Farmers Apprentice. It’s tasty, feels like a special occasion and reasonable enough to enjoy nice dinners, snacks and drinks there without feeling too guilty. An especially friendly FOH and kitchen staff. A great dining experience.

Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! We really enjoyed gathering at Earls Ambleside for our university friends reunion. The food was great as always, tasty and fresh. The staff were nice and attentive which made the experience pleasant. Would highly recommend.
