Le restaurant Chalkboard, qui a ouvert en mai 2013 sous la direction du chef exécutif Shane McAnelly, propose un menu moderne de petites assiettes mettant l'accent sur des plats de saison, axés sur la technique. McAnelly se procure ses ingrédients auprès des fermes et producteurs locaux, la plupart provenant du propre potager de plus d'un hectare dédié du restaurant, situé dans le domaine à proximité du Chalk Hill Estate Vineyards. Le menu qui évolue chaque jour comprend notamment des crudos et du tartare, des pâtes faites maison, des salades aux ingrédients fraîchement récoltés, ainsi que de la viande et des fruits de mer rôtis et grillés. La salle à manger a été entièrement rénovée en un espace contemporain et accueillant, pourvu d'une cuisine ouverte, de nouvelles banquettes, de parquet et aux finitions en fer forgé à la main.
